Sundays after Church

Christian Education at St. John’s

Worship is just one part of a Christian's faith development.  Learning and growing in faith is a key part for all Christians.  On the first and third Sundays, we have a program for both children and adults to help them grow in their faith while taking into account the very active lives of all involved. Sundays after Church offers class time for both adults and children to learn the same thing, just at an appropriate  grade level. This way, parents can go home and talk with their children about what they learned and further re-enforce the story. Christian Education works best when the story is brought home and talked about around the dinner table or in the car.

The Schedule:

  • 10am- Worship
  • 11:15am - Potluck Lunch
  • 11:45am - Class time
